Hi everyone, I'm Ishan Sharma. And email is the most important form of
communication that we have in this day and age. It is how I get all of my brand
deals. It is how I work with all of my clients. And it is the most fundamental
way to grow your business, to get more leads, to close more sales.
The Problem: Email Overload and Missed Opportunities
But sadly, 50% of all emails that you get every day are all

your calendar with serif, it will be able to look at the empty slots that you

exactly how you want the replies to look like. So
over here automatically draft replies is turned on and it is
going to reply to every email that it gets that it thinks needs a response. We
can always tweak the style. So if I want to be more casual, if I want to be
more polite, if I want the auto follow-up to be in 1 to two days, if I get no
response, if I want to wait for longer. So let's say if someone doesn't reply
in 3 days, I can again follow up with them. And I can set up this follow-up
system for me as well. And you can tweak all of these other
settings if you want to do that as well. And add your own
signature if you want to, like I have over here. And once you set up the
formatting, this email autorepier is ready for you to go. You can also set up
the rules for how you want the email replies to be.
Calendar Scheduling Knowledge
But now we get to the knowledge section. And this is super
interesting. So on the calendar anduling part, you can exactly mention how do
you want your meetings to be. Do you want it to be a 15minute meeting? Do you
want there to be breaks between your
meeting? Do you want the meeting to be scheduled on a Google
meeting? So, does it have to be a remote meeting? So, we can set up Google Meet
right here. Does it have to be an in-person meeting? So, I can recommend my
favorite spots, maybe a coffee place. Availability, I can set up exactly when
I'm available just like you use any otheruling app. You can set up your
availability and it will use all of this knowledge that it has and then reply
and confirm your slots accordingly on email. You can also manage and import
contacts if you want to do that.
Playbooks: Defining Email Styles and Flows
The next section is playbooks and this is where you define
exactly what you do, what type of emails do you send and who you are as a
person. So for example, cold outreach to e-commerce. This is one playbook for
example which writes down a type of email format that you want it to follow. So
it will always follow any email that it writes in this particular order. We can
also look at any other HR sector cold outreach for example. So this is how the
email is going to be for
that. So you can set up your own email outreach formats by
creating a new playbook right here. You can write the name and then you can
create the playbook for it. You can also delete or share and do other things
with the playbook.
Knowledge Base: Teaching Serif About You and Your Business
Next section is the knowledge base and this is where you
enter all the information about you and your company. So if I go inside this
folder, I have various folders in which I've written everything about marketup
and what it does. All the services that we offer, all the clients that we have
worked
with, the type of packages that we sell, the pricing that we
have. So if I open any of these documentations, you can see I've written in
depth about what marketup is, what marketup does, the specializations that we
have, the servings, the team management and hiring and everything around it is

has information about all of the things you do in your business, it's able to
better reply to people because it knows more
about who you are, about what you sell, about what you do,
and it's going to make it super easy for you to automate the entire email
